Yes! If this is not good news to any JRPG fan then I don’t know: Square Enix is porting its 2006 DS remake of Final Fantasy III to iOS. Well, it is at least sure that it is coming to iOS this March since Square Enix themselves announced it on their Twitter account – but they did not mention which version will be ported. It is rumored that according to a Japanese gaming site it definitely will be the DS version that was released in 2006. However, since my Japanese skills are not even worth mentioning and google translate didn’t reveal whether that’s really true, party with caution until Square Enix officially announces it.
