If you own an iPad 2 and Two Worlds II™ Castle Defense HD, it’s time to hit the update button. TopWare Interactive has released an update that adds a neat little feature called head tracking to the game. This is the same technology that’s used in the free i3D that we talked about before and wondered when we are going to see it implemented in other apps. Well, that time has come now.

Unfortunately, you shouldn’t expect too much from this feature. Don’t get me wrong, the head tracking works perfectly fine – it just doesn’t add anything to the game at all. Like the name suggests, Two Worlds II Castle Defense is a tower defense game. You’re looking at a corridor in 3D and place your soldiers on strategic spots. The head tracking now slightly tilts the camera depending on the position of your head. It’s undoubtedly a neat show-off and if you always wanted to see that kind of technology in action (and you own an iPad 2), don’t hesitate to download the Lite version of Two Worlds II Castle Defense.
